About Us
I’m David Usón Olaso, founder of this unique sports and education project designed for today’s competitive world. At 15, I had already competed in four different sports.
That year, I became the Spanish youth champion in showjumping, which led to my selection for the Spanish team and the beginning of my international sports career.
As my career progressed, I had to prioritize both riding and my studies. I graduated with an International Baccalaureate, a degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Liege, an Executive Master in Business Management form ICADE (Madrid), a Master’s in Digital Marketing from EAE Business School, Barcelona and completed PhD courses in Biological Sciences at the University of the Balearic Islands (UIB).
With over 200 victories, 30 Grand Prix wins, and 3 gold medals at Spanish Championships, I have represented Spain at various international events, including the European Show Jumping Championships in Hickstead (1999).Through my own experiences, I realized the challenges young athletes face when balancing academics and sports. This inspired me to create the first academy that combines elite sports training with high-level academics.

Our academy’s program is the perfect balance for young athletes to become elite riders in show jumping while maintaining their academic excellence. We focus on four key areas:
• High-performance training in show jumping
• Physical, mental, and emotional athlete preparation
• Customized academic programs to maintain optimal study levels
• Personal development through value-based coaching
The program includes continuous training in horse riding, classical dressage for jumping, competition training, physical conditioning for riders, veterinary care for horses, nutrition, and emotional coaching. Additionally, we offer support during competitions, including horse management, recovery techniques, and strategies for success.
